POTOČARI/SREBRENICA, July 11 (FENA) – At today’s commemoration at the Memorial Center in Potočari marking the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide, Sophie Rhys-Jones, Duchess of Edinburgh, spoke on behalf of His Majesty King Charles III and read his message.
