SARAJEVO, July 9 (FENA) – The President of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sanin Bogunić, stated in an address to the media today that he received information about the possible voluntary surrender of Milorad Dodik a month ago, but that he did not take part in negotiating the terms.
