SARAJEVO, July 4 (FENA) – The Center for Security Studies (CSS) has warned of the passivity of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s politicians when it comes to key security issues, highlighting that defense spending in BiH amounts to just 0.76 percent of GDP, while spending on police is nearly three times higher.
