BANJA LUKA, June 16 (FENA) – Nearly every second adult in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a smoker, and alarmingly, over 15 percent of children aged 13 to 15 have already developed the habit. Due to these concerning figures, the Ministry of Health of Republika Srpska (RS) has initiated a draft law that would ban smoking in enclosed public spaces and, for the first time, regulate the sale and use of non-tobacco smoking products.
