OSCE Mission: Threats to judicial officials by the RS executive are both dangerous and unacceptable

SARAJEVO, April 6 (FENA) - Judicial independence, as a foundation of the rule of law and democracy, is enshrined in the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the obligations arising from BiH's membership in the OSCE. Any attempt to pressure or intimidate judicial officials undermines the integrity of the legal system.
