SARAJEVO, March 7 (FENA) - The Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced a second-instance verdict dismissing the charges against Fikret Hodžić and the legal entity 'F.H. Srebrena Malina' due to formal deficiencies in the proceedings.
