RS National Assembly calls for ban on state judicial and security institutions

BANJA LUKA, February 27 (FENA) - The National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA) tasked the Government of this BiH entity last night to prepare and submit to the Assembly laws that will prohibit the activities of bodies not defined by the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the territory of RS, particularly the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC), the Court of BiH, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency of BiH (SIPA).
