RS CC : The law on flag, coat of arms and anthem does not violate the national interest of Bosniaks

BANJA LUKA, December 30 (FENA) – The 159th session of the Council for the Protection of Vital Interests of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Srpska was held today in Banja Luka. In accordance with its constitutional competencies, the Council determined that the Law Amending the Law on the Use of the Flag, Coat of Arms, and Anthem, adopted by the National Assembly of the RS, during its eleventh regular session on November 5, 2024, does not violate the vital national interest of the Bosniak people.
