BANJA LUKA, November 23 (FENA) - The Banja Luka Police Department issued a decision banning a public meeting organized by the City Organization of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) of BiH, for November 25 starting at 10 a.m. in Banja Luka. The Mrkonjić City police banned the announced gatherings on the same date in that city.
